8 ounces silken tofu, drained
1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
1/4 cup canola oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
3 garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
Salad greens, roasted vegetables or grilled meats, for serving
How to Make It
In a blender, combine the tofu, sesame seeds, canola oil, lemon juice, garlic and sesame oil and puree until smooth. Season the dressing with salt and serve on salad greens or with roasted vegetables or grilled meats.
