Dr. Seuss would be proud.
What better way to celebrate the great Dr Seuss than by making a DIY version of green eggs and ham? [MUSIC] So I'm gonna go ahead and start by separating some eggs. Just by tapping it on a work surface and separating the yolks from the whites. Like that and into a separate bowl. Go ahead with one more. This is the fun part because we're going to actually dye the eggs with just a little bit of green food coloring. And you can see it's already green. You want to mix it really well. Alright so I have a skillet here, I`ve went ahead and heated it. I`m just going to go ahead and add a little oil. Alright, these are nice and green, my pan is nice and hot, I`ve added a little bit of oil and [INAUDIBLE]. And we're gonna go for this. [MUSIC ] Yeah. And immediately you're gonna go ahead and very carefully slide your egg yolks on top And you're gonna go ahead and let these cook just a few minutes until the egg white is set and the yolks are still runny. All right, these eggs are ready to go. See that? The yolks are still nice and jiggly. I'm going to go ahead and slide it onto my plate with my beautiful, sizzling ham. And check this out! A little bit of salt [MUSIC] And I have green eggs and ham that even Doctor Seuss will be proud of. [MUSIC]
