They now have four restaurants including Al Mercato Burger Bar, inspired by their time living and working in the U.S. Here, they bring their ideal burger to Milan, made American-style but with local ingredients. [MUSIC] Things that are really important with the burger Is pickles. So a lot of people here decide to put the pickles on the side cuz they don't really like it but I think there is no burger without pickles. Both me and my business partner have an American background, so we learned all the techniques working in the States.
